Step 1 — Initial Estimate & Project Discussion

Step 2 — Pre-Construction Planning
For larger or more complex projects, we enter a Pre-Construction Phase.
During this phase, we:
- Refine the project scope and layout
- Research and confirm product compatibility
- Establish realistic budgets and allowances
- Coordinate pricing with subcontractors
- Identify potential challenges before construction begins
This planning phase ensures your project is well-defined, realistic, and set up for success before work starts.
Step 3 — Final Design & Contract Approval
Once planning is complete, we prepare a final project agreement, which includes:
- A detailed scope of work
- Final material and fixture selections
- A clear payment schedule
- A projected timeline
We review everything with you, answer questions, and confirm expectations before construction begins.
Step 4 — Permits, Scheduling & Ordering
Before construction starts, we:
- Apply for required permits
- Schedule licensed subcontractors
- Order materials and fixtures (starting with long-lead items)
This ensures the project runs smoothly and stays on schedule.
Step 5 — Construction Phase
During construction, we:
- Perform demolition and structural work as needed
- Complete rough-in work (plumbing, electrical, framing)
- Schedule and pass required inspections
- Complete finish work such as tile, fixtures, glass, and trim
We coordinate trades and manage progress, so you don’t have to.
Step 6 — Final Walk-Through & Completion
Once construction is complete:
- We walk the project with you
- Address any final punch-list items
- Complete finishing touches
- Collect final payment

Step 7 — Warranty & Follow-Up
Our work is backed by a 1-year service and maintenance warranty.
After completion, we:
- Check in at scheduled intervals
- Remain available for questions or concerns
